Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers are not all required to have body cameras as they engage with the public or make arrests.

The Department of Homeland Security reportedly has body-worn camera videos of 37-year-old nurse Alex Pretti being fatally shot by a federal agent in Minneapolis, an incident that immediately sparked protests in frigid temperatures in the Midwestern city.

The girl's mother and grandmother were arrested last January, and the grandmother later died in custody. The mother was released and charges are pending, police say.
