The Sutter Buttes are the worlds smallest Mountain Range. Back in 2019 photojournalis Pedro Garcia and I had the privlage of taking a hiking tour through the Buttes. The only way to hike in this area is to sign up for a private hiking tour with Middle Mountain Interpretive Hikes unfortunatly their spring tours are postponed due to the pandemic but keep an eye on their website to see when the next opening is.
