From power lines to fire lines - When a fire broke out, five LCEC line workers working nearby rushed to help the Upper Captiva Fire Department. They spotted two people trapped in a pool, alerted firefighters, removed debris, stretched hoses, and helped contain the flames to one structure. Upper Captiva Fire Chief said the LCEC team, and all others who helped were unbelievable, and helped save lives, and the island. | LCEC
